A: Just plug it in and turn it on. The arcade system takes about 20 seconds to load our operating system/game menu.

A: We manufacture and directly sell our arcade games straight from our warehouse.

We buy all of our components in LARGE BULK QUANTITES which helps keep costs down.

Q: How easy is the machine to configure?
A: The machines we make are already pre-setup/pre-configured for a hassle-free experience.
Q: Do the games play just like the originals?
A: Yes, they play just like you remember. So if you have a particular game strategy, it will work.
Q: Can you pre-install my favorite game?
A: Call or email us to inquire. You can always add additional games to your arcade after it arrives.
Q: What are the dimensions of the arcade cabinets?
A: The dimensions of the arcade cabinets vary because they are unique and manufactured by different companies. Call or email us and we'll be happy to let you know.
Q: What happens if the arcade game stops working?
A: In the unlikely event you have a problem with your arcade game we are always available to assist you.
Q: If I have trouble after my purchase how do I get help?
A: Simply e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. We provide e-mail support during regular business hours and limited after-hours and weekend support.
Q: What if I can’t resolve my problem via e-mail?
A: If we cannot fix your problem via e-mail we will give you a case number and details for calling customer support or have one of our support technicians call you.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Shipping costs to foreign countries can be prohibitive. This makes international shipping impractical for most.
Q: How long will it take to get my arcade game?
A: We have many arcade games in stock, but they sell fast. We also build them to order so as not to tie-up space in our facility. Most arcade games ship within 10-20 business days from when the order is received. If we are experiencing a high number of orders it may be longer, however, we will advise you of that before your order is received. If you need your arcade game for a special event or occasion, please call us before ordering to confirm we can fulfill your request. We can expedite orders provided we have the information made aware to us at the time of receiving your order.
Q: What if my arcade game gets damaged during shipment?
A: Each arcade game is shipped in a way that prevents damage. When your arcade game arrives, you have ten minutes after delivery to inspect it and note any damage. If you can't inspect the arcade game, or see any damage, list "possible damage" on the bill of lading. All arcade games are transported by carriers who are insured, so in the unlikely event that your arcade game is damaged we will handle the claim. The customer may be required to work with the shipping company to arrange for pickup of the arcade. We have not lost a machine or sale due to improper handling by the fright carrier. You may also elect to use your preferred freight carrier at your own expense.
